J.C. 3
I'm sure this has been asked before, but here goes again. I have an AKM that makes the parts count even when using foreign magazines. I'm getting another, this one is an SLR-95 and I'm not really inclined to switch out the FCG because its already got a good one. This makes the part count harder - though I can easily get there if I use US magazines. I have a couple. I also have a couple dozen foreign mags. As long as I only use the US ones with the SLR, it shouldn't matter that I have the other mags right? Especially as I have a rifle which can legally use them? Thanks, J.C. paprotective 362
If you can get US Made floorplates and followers for the mags you'll be golden.. KVAR sells them in sets but they are for Poly Mags and not steel ones.. Surprised the SLR doesn't have a US Made FCG.. some here in the US have been altered to already have the Tapco FCG in them I thought.. Its would say Tapco on the side of the trigger itself.. easy to spot.. Al

But it wouldn't need to be; I know some people do put a Tapco FCG in them to get parts count but this one still has a thumb-hole stock so there is no particular reason the owner would have done that, its still in a "sporting" configuration.
