And just over a grueling year later the MD-20 started shipping to the first run customers in late September 2008! To mark these anniversaries, celebrate, and most of all to thank our customers we are temporarily cutting prices across the board on MD Arms manufactured items.

People are reporting many errors with our site in the saiga-12 section.

 

I will have to check the errors out at the shop tomorrow morning. We have been running a new store for about a month. I don't handle much of the order processing anymore and haven't even learned the new store and don't have it linked to a home computer. I do have access to the credit card processing gateway and have voided all duplicate transactions. I can also see that people are being charged high shipping. A little on drums and a lot on small item orders. I think we can ship up to like 3 grips for $6 or close...

 

It may be hard but if everyone could hold off on ordering until I have a chance to check it out tomorrow.

 

The new store is going to save us MANY, MANY man hours processing orders for shipment. But it looks like we need to work some things out still. This sale is the first mass order processing for the new store and I knew it would bring out the glitches... But that is a good thing because now we can find them.

 

Could everyone that has received errors or any other problems please email us at info@mdarms.com and let us know exactly what happened. Also if you are a new or previous customer. And if you placed an order how many emails did you receive? I think it should be 2 per order; a payment confirmation email and an order confirmation email. Please let me know what each email says.

 

We haven't sent out our emailing list announcment yet so that is a good thing!!!

 

We will get it worked out.

i dont get paid till next week. will the sale be going on till then?

My best guess would be, yes, the sale will still be on. Haven't sent the sale announcement out to our mailing list yet and it's hard to say what will happen when we do.

ON THE ERRORS...

 

We think we have it worked out. Craig went in this morning and fixed the email error. He found 2 different problems. Should be good to go. If anyone else has any problems please let us know.

 

Also if anyone has an account they can't access please let us know and we will get you in. Please don't make a new account. We would like to keep all your past and present orders together. And it will add an un-needed email address to our mailing list.

 

Also wanted to let everyone know we will ship the smaller items for a lot less than the UPS ground price through USPS.

We still have one thing that we know of to work out with the log in and password retrieval... For some strange reason the email address log in is case sensitive. Everyone can try that. I know email address are case sensitive like password fields but for some reason that is what is going on. If that doesn't work just shot me an email with your account email address.

Mike,

 

When I try to order a drum, it says that you are not shipping to that region at this time.

 

I live in Maryland.

So far I have heard Maryland, Flordia, and Illinois. We will be looking into this. Not sure what the deal is right now. Don't stress it and we will ensure you your order.

 

Has anyone here had a sucessfully submitted order to any of these 3 states?

I just did as several others--had your website issue a new password and now all's well Mike. But, I did send my original message through your website contact setup.

We think the shipping to region shipping restrictions is something to do when we switched over customer accounts from the old store to the new store. It seems the State field isn't communicating correctly. The state is in the field but it must not be talking to the system.

 

If anyone is having trouble with the shipping to region restrictions please try to edit and reenter you address. That seems to be working for everyone. We will try to prevent the need tomorrow.

 

Also it appears we aren't receiving emails that are sent from the contact us page on our site. If you have an question please send it through your email service provider to info@mdarms.com until we have a chance to correct and notify of the fix.

 

And last it appears that some aren't receiving the "forgot password" email even though our store say it was sent. On a couple test accounts we have we have received it to one but not the other even though it did say it was sent. If you are having the same problem please notify us and we will reset your password manually.

Ok, finally got ahold of Mike and it seems that when they changed over to the new web store, some addresses got messed up in the database. I logged into the site, went to my account and edited my address. I opened the page and found out no state was selected in the drop down menu. I selected Md, saved the address, and then my order went right through. Just thought I would let you all know, just in case someone else has a problem with ordering.

Got my MD20 and vplug today...thanks for the quick shipping!!! I am a tool and didnt watch your video on fitting the md20..would have saved me alot of cursing..lol but I think I got it to fit now...makes a nice click when I insert it now. The vplug was very simple to install, but I have a question. I screwed mine in until it bottomed out past the minus sign then I backed it out until it clicked. Is this the correct way to install?

i got my order in today. woot! to bad i dont have the gun to go with them yet. i have planning to get a 12 at tax return time. i had already planned to get md-20's and a molot grip, i just couldnt pass this deal up. i decided with the sale price so good, that i would go ahead with a v-plug and some extras too. Everything looks great, now I get to drive myself crazy waiting to use them for a few months.

Got my V Plug thursday and had a hard time undoing my Gunfixr plug. Its not the plugs as they are both excellent quality. The problem is I need a tap for the gas plug threads and don't know where to start looking. Dinzag didn't have anything on his site. I was wondering what the threads are and where I could get a bottom tap to clean the threads.

Just got my drum and plug in the mail today. Super fast shipping! Workmanship on both looks fantastic, that drum is rock solid. The only downside is that I had to remove my folding stock to use the drum (Virginia law), but I really only used the folder for storage anyway, so no biggie. Very satisfied, will definitely be ordering future products from MD Arms.

I received my order of two drums and a V-Plug on Tuesday, less than a week after the order. Everything arrived quickly, in good shape, and ready to go. The worst part, however, is that they arrived at my door shortly after I left to go to the range, so I came back from shooting to find that, if I had just waited a little bit, I could have taken them to the range the first day I had them. Thank you Mike, it has been a pleasure doing business with you. I will definitely purchase from you again and I will recommend your products highly because of your quality and professionalism.
