Who is your warranty repair contractor?

Recommended Posts

The importer/manufacturor, Arsenal Inc out of Las Vegas does all thier own warranty repair work.

Thanks for the quick reply. I wonder what they consider to be covered under warranty. If a RAAC Saiga-12 will not, (at the very least), reliably cycle Federal birdshot, CGW will address the problem, (straighten the gas block, increase the size/number of gas ports etc).

I hope I'm wrong, but I suspect that Arsenal would only agree to do warranty work on a Legion Saiga-12 if the gun will not cycle at all with any ammo.

Obviously a Saiga-12 that will only cycle high-brass is unsatisfactory, and this behavior is almost always due to a mistake made at the time of manufacture at the Izhmash factory. They are a bit infamous for cranking out the occasional "vodka special".

K-Var Corp, is it possible for you to ask Arsenal to clarify what conditions have to be met for a Legion Saiga-12 to be eligible for warranty repair, and what standards they use to determine whether or not a Saiga-12 is "working correctly"? This is much more of a gray area than it is with semi-auto rifles.

Thanks in advance.
