PTGT_Neon 1
I'm curious if anyone has any experience using both POSP scope magnifications and if the 12x is much different than the 10x on the zoom. The specs show the fields of view are both about 20 degrees. Kalinka has a new 4-10x scope and it looks enticing: http://www.kalinkaoptics.com/rifle-scopes/posp/posp-4-10x42-d-variposp-w-variable-illuminated-us-mil-dot-reticle-independent-focus-side-weaver-rail-zoom-tactical-rifle-scope-svd-sks-version.html
TX-Zen 287
If I were in the market for a high magnification scope for my NDM I wouldn't have a problem with either of these based on my experience with POSP's, though I have no first knowledge of either you mention. I did get a lot of miles out of the 3 different 8x42's adn 2 4x24's I've used, so I think you'd be safe with the ones you are looking at. LiquidMetal did a review of the PSO 3-9 scope over on AR15.com, the main advantage is the scope is very small compared to the POSP 4-10 or 4-12, only a little bigger than a standard PSO. That scope would be one of two that I would choose if I were to retire my PSO 4x24, the other being the ultra rare PK07. http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=4&f=56&t=132500 Z
PTGT_Neon 1
That's also a nice scope. I've been considering that one too.
