Chaos Orders?

I had good luck with the e-mail department, not the phone. I also ordered in november and am still waiting for a quad rail with sights; I believe the rails were expected in sometime this month, is that what product this is in regard too?

We've been having some people's emails going to spam folder and our system crash twice over the last two weeks due to virus problem. I just made aware some callers are having problems get through on our phone system, we are working on that as well. This number is equally ineffective. Carmeron have you tried calling one of the provided service numbers?

Sorry there is still an issue, but we are working on these issues, thanks for the feedback, this will be ironed out!

I also have a November backorder for the extended quad with sights and noticed that they were listed as available for a few days recently. Just wondering when the older backorders will be ready to ship?

Our rails are available, but we are still waiting on the front sights.

We have been shipping all backorder, we have more going out today and tomorrow.

but without sights, we will ship those as soon as they come in at our expense. As far as the sights, the anodizer has been fired and will no longer be doing work for Chaos. We have hired a new coating company and should have these back in three days! I apologizes for the delays, we have tried everything to make this happen before Xmas, but some people could care less about others, and keeping to a time line, and this only gets worst around the holidays. Chaos would like to thank everyone for their patience during this period.

Wish I saw this earlier.. people waiting months for packages and viruses in the system (is my credit card number safe?) worries me. I placed an order for the chaos tri-rails on monday, the order went through but It still hasnt shipped I dont think. I sent an email yesterday asking for a tracking number, still no response. (did it go to your spam folder?) I need the rails by next thursday so If I dont hear anything by this friday I will be cancelling my order and taking my buisness elsewhere.
