Included in this post are several BATFE Forms for your personal use. Feel free to open, save and reuse them as you wish. We here at the Saiga Forum and all parties involved take NO RESPONSIBILITY for your use or mis-use.

ATF Form 5320.1 (aka Form 1) — Application to Make and Register a Firearm, used to make an NFA item.

ATF Form 5320.4 (aka Form 4) — Application for Tax Paid Transfer and Registration of a Firearm, used to transfer an NFA item from a FFL/SOT to in individual, trust, corp, ect.

ATF Form 5330.20 - Certification of Compliance with 18 U.S.C. 922. Provided for you to use incase your AFT Examiner requests it.

ATF Form 5320.20 - Application to Transport Interstate or to Temporarily Export Certain National Firearms Act (NFA) Firearms, used for those that move the permanant location of an NFA item. Not required for "interstate" movement. REQUIRED for "out of state" movement.

for those that go the CLEO route, I will give you a heads up. on the back of the form1 where it says affix photo here, don't do it there, rather paste it in the shaded area below that. if you paste it where it says to, when they fold the form to put it in the envelope they put a fold in the middle of your picture. I did it once on that new form, after that, the following 3 other form 1s I pasted the photo in the shaded area.
