Operation "ban high capacity magazines" has begun.

Yeah, except Bob Lee wasn't the assassin. At least, that's how it is in the book.

There's a simple, and ignored, reason behind this stupidity, and that is that

most folks have three names and a news outlet will use all three to give the

name some uniqueness. I mean, there's 10 thousand Americans with my two names,

tack in the third, and we narrow it down.

I used to "put the stones" to a girl in high school who had no middle name and

her first and last names starting with M. In military parlance, she'd be MNMNM.

While legislation IS being tinkered with and introduced, the best thing we as gun owners can do is remain calm, remain rational, don't listen to conspiracy theories, keep an eye on this, and see if it has any traction.

Oh, and don't start a run and national shortage of 33rd Glock magazines :lolol:

Keep in mind that the people promoting this legislation are no-one new - Lautenberg and McCarthy have been pushing gun control for 2-3 decades now. I doubt they will get any traction with this bill, not in a Republican controlled house and a Senate that can still be deadlocked. These are two senators who have built their entire careers on gun control, and they are, more than anything, just pandering to their constituents back home in NJ and NY.

Or we could buy BILLIONS of magazines and flood the market forcing manufacturers to sell out weekly and literally have the streets littered with them by the time these goons pass any legislation it will seem laughable..

Yeah, I do. You should not allow that state the benefit of the residence

of your hard working, patriotic self. There's plenty of other states that

are better.

I mean, you're welcome to stay and fight the good fight, and I'll applaud your

effort, but I learned a long time ago it's easier to change the way you play the

game as opposed to bitching about the rules.

Maybe we should all move out of America and take over a new land again.
