mightymouse711 0
I was seriously thinking about buying a 5.45x39 Saiga. What kind of accuracy should I expect? Any reliability issues? Can I use standard AK74 magazines?
BigChongus 765
Very good, no, and yes.

SgtRaven 531
Good choice! Like above said, VG, NO & YES. Read through this forum. I'd strongly advise on adding following: - Pistol grip, stock and trigger control group; - Bullet guide; - AK-74 front side block and muzzle brake ("Compensator"). Have fun! tStreets 1
To put in into a real world perspective, you should expect to hit quarter to 50 cent sized bull's eyes at 50 yards away with iron sights and surplus ammo. That is coming from an average shooter like myself. Past 50 yards is a luxury I do not currently have because of the lack of ranges that can allow me to shoot that far. BigChongus 765
I was just at the range today. This is from 100 yards, over irons shooting 7N6. The orange circle is 4" (I know, it's actually a 50-yard target). Sights are still out of the box, so they're apparently pretty spot-on from Izzy. I don't consider myself a good shooter (yet).
