vulcan16 971
Saiga 223's have 14 imported parts, add a foreign made pistol grip and the total is 15. The piston is a PITA to change, so leave it alone. Surefire mags and a US made FCG will count towards six 922 parts, leaving your foreign parts count at 9. You are good to go. thebobrusso 27
So if I convert use surfire mags........I can use a foreign stock, the two foreign foward grips(1part), and a foreign pistol grip....and be compliant....just trying to make sure these laws are confusing

N4KVE 14
Since the plastic furniture that comes on a Saiga is imported, if you swap it out with wood furniture which is imported, the count stays the same. By using 3 US FCG parts, & Surefire US mags [another 3 US parts], you should be fine. GARY N4KVE
