Finished my Saiga to AK-104 clone project

Recommended Posts

I figure I have about $450 into it, and if I didn't have to buy AK-USA's $100 extended muzzle brake, it would have been around $350. Can't wait to try her out. Just need to refinish it in a few areas. Not bad for what started with a $150 sporting rifle.

the only thing i think would do the rifle better would be an ak74 left side folding stock..i think it'd look way better than that one but all in all a great looking gun

I agree, but I don't want to spend $250+ for a real side folding AK-74 skeleton stock and do all the modifications to make it work.

Good Start on that AK-104! That is tasty!

Not a bad substitute until an affordable AK-100/Century series Folder comes around.

I bought one of those 16" AK-104 barrel assemblies. I hope to have my AK-104 up and running when I go home on leave later this Fall. Can't keep guns around the barracks in the Army....LOL...shit would get interesting.....LOL.

I'll pm you if I find any Century Series/AK-100/AK74M Folders......
