555JM 10
Just ordered the POSP from Kalinka. Already have one recoil induced scar over the right eye, don't want another. OTOH, I'd like to take advantage of the full FOV. If not good on the .308, will it work OK on an unconverted 7.62x39 or .223? Is it true that this scope is offset enough to permit use of irons? Thanks.
Fallschirmjager667 729
yes, you can use irons. im sure the eye relief would be fine. i used an 8x posp on an rpk so im sure the unconverted .308 with the longer stock would be much more comfortable to shoot. and i use a posp eye cup on a 30-06 bolt rifle, so about the same eye relief with more recoil. i'd say your good to go
Bigtwin 219
Yes it will work on 7.62, I have one an love it. I use the 4x from Kalinka, it works just fine. I also like the ability to use irons with the scope attached. On a side note, I remove mine from the rifle after shooting and it holds zero each time. I like that!
