bigj480 203
i have a little "play cash" and it is burning a hole in my pocket. I have narrowed it down to a few things that I have been wanting.... 1- AK74 (or a Saiga in 5.45), conversion parts, a few mags , and a case of ammo. Nothing wrong with that. 2- MKA 1919 and a few mags Personally, I'm waiting for it to take AR tubes from the factory and more aftermarket support, which will come IMHO. 3- Draco pistol, tax stamp, and a bullpup kit You can make a Draco bullpup without the stock and avoid the stamp.....Just don't make it with the intention of shouldering. Doing so is actually legal, as long as it wasn't made for that.....retarded laws. 4- 3 AR15 uppers for some pass around range beaters on complete spare lowers that I already have (maybe the $399 PSA M4 uppers) Meh. I would prefer 1 or 2 nice uppers, but I'm not into ARs that much yet. 5- more MD-20s I have 3, honestly wish I had bought one. 6- Keltec Sub2000 9mm (Glock mag model) and a couple cases of 9mm Not a fan of pistol cal. carbines, though the folding aspect is cool. 7- SBS stamp for one of my S12s Nice, you have to have one. 8- 1-4x optic for my multi-gun AR Practical, if not exciting. 9- SBR stamp for one of my G19s and a Mako/Fab defense Glock carbine chassis I would not do this unless you plan on doing #11. 10- .22 supressor Not bad, on my "to do" list. 11- Threaded factory Glock barrel and a supressor Another on my "to do" list. 12- SBR stamp for one of my SLR107URs Very yes. 13- More cases of ammo in 5.56, 7.62, and 9mm. Maybe some .22 cal and 12 ga too. Ammo almost never gets cheaper, on average, this seems like a logical choice. 14- Start building a motor for my Cadillac coupe. This is something that I have been putting off due to the sheer expense of it. Need more details. Sound expensive. I want a '69 so bad. I'm thinking in this order: 12,7,11,10,1 SBR,8/13,9,4 but just one,2 eventually, never=3,5&6 JMHO Seriously, i would buy that 54r VEPR from Atlantic and SBR that thing! They need to make a 54r Draco pistol. Edited August 22, 2011 by bigj480

evlblkwpnz 3,419
ask gunfixr about his LRBHO, or maybe FAL charging handle. No interest in any different charging handle, but I have asked him about the LRBHO a few times to no avail. Sure could use one....
csspecs 1,987
They need to make a 54r Draco pistol. No thanks. I'd like the surplus 54r ammo to stay available. Steel core pistol ammo is not legal remember. The first batch of 7.62x39 pistols made just about all x39 surplus ammo illegal to import.
Mullet Man 2,114
Seriously, i would buy that 54r VEPR from Atlantic and SBR that thing! They need to make a 54r Draco pistol. Giggidy giggidy 54r Krink, why not? Theres already an S12 Krink

Saiga_rom 91
damn exotic. gotta love how cheap 9mm ammunition is too
Saiga_rom 91
you could get it as a rifle too, although id rather see this sbr'd

Giggidy giggidy 54r Krink, why not? Theres already an S12 Krink Simple, because the only reason people like 54r is that the ammo is cheap. If someone makes a 54r pistol all the ammo will be illegal to import. SBR on a PSL or Vepr 54r is ok. Just don't make a pistol!!
IndyArms 10,189
RIGHT... Cause just *ONE* pistol in that caliber will set the ENTIRE COUNTRY off an d cause that whole caliber of ammo to be BANNED... That makes all kinds of sense... Ya shittin me people?!?!!? Yeah... I heard about the X39 steel core shit... because ONE GUY made ONE PISTOL.... and that was the cause.
BuffetDestroyer 969
Stamps turn into an addiction, but any of your items that require stamps are what I would recommend... SBR's, SBS' or Suppressors!
yooper14.5 84
Select fire somthing or other, preferably s12.
evlblkwpnz 3,419
Well, I know it isn't very exiting, but I bought a 6kw generator today. I came home and the power was out from some fallen trees, so I decided to grab a generator before Irene gets here. All that was left at Lowes were 5kw and up. The shelves were nearly bare. I've been wanting one for along time. Yeah, not much fun, but at least I can take a damn shower now.... Power is still out
ChileRelleno 7,074
Congrats! That my friend is a damned good thing to have, we've have our 5kw since Ivan came through. To a Prepper, that ranks in the top 50 of thing to acquire. Remember to keep it maintained and it'll always be there when you need it. Also, they are a favorite target of thieves. Even if its in your shed/garage, chain that bitch down.

Problem is it won't stay one, once it gets shown off then other people start making them. There are already several idiots making mosin nagant pistols. Yeah I know its stupid. But so is the barrel ban. Edit: Oh yeah, good idea on the generator. You reminded me that I gotta pull the welder/generator out of storage and get some fuel.
YARP 300
If you don't already have one get a Kel-Tec RFB. My current favorite. I've always wanted a bullpup .308 and I know others out there have the same desire. It's the same desire that made me buy 2 Saiga 12s'. Magazine fed 12 gauge = awesome. Bullpup .308 that takes FAL mags also = awesome, especially if you already own a FAL, as I do. The RFB is 27" from tip of muzzle brake to end of buttstock. Did I mention it's .308? He he he. Too bad ammo costs so damn much. That is one of two drawbacks, as I see it, the other being that it does not come with any sights. I understand it was made for optics but I like a set of iron sights on all my rifles. Optics break, irons no so much. Anyway, that's my 2 cents. Consider adding it your list. Agreed, this weapon has been the answer to alot of want's I've had over the years. Blow the whole wad on booze, drugs, and hookers. Why would you even think of anything else?!?!?! I can hear it now "honey, I'm headed up to the D to snort some lines and have play time with "big honey"!"......man it'd be so much easier to make gun purchases if that was the other option! I second the Glock with a suppressor....I get a woody just thinkin about an SBRed Glock with a suppressor....

yooper14.5 84
I've got 17.5 kilowatt generator. And it broke down horribly right when we need it. The engineer put a rubber valve in the fuel pump, and the gas dissolved it. Then they told us to replace it with a smaller pump. That pump blew out, filling the oil system and cylinders with gas. Then, not knowing what happened, we tried starting it and the starter broke its mountings in half. now its in being repaired.
6500rpm 670
7.62 Krink or SBR Draco for the fun fireball factor. The M92 I have will actually reach out and touch someone at 100 yards pretty easily too.
