I had a lot of trouble with the BHO and safety, but after reading a bunch off opinions on this forum, I assembled without it. The only time I ever used the BHO was to insert a mag. I just tried it with a stick and a drum and they went in with no difficulty. I didn't try chambering, since I am in an apartment and wouldn't want any chance of "boom" unless I was prepared to shoot something. I'll have a chance soon enough... Can't wait to report back.
Thanks Pauly for such an impressive product and great communication.

The IceRack looks great on my S12... Really sets it off with a high degree of badassitude.

You're very welcome.
I work with live ammo because at times the dimensions are different than snap caps.
I just remove the FP from the bolt to avoid any issues.

I went with the Autoplug, since I like the concept and am inherently lazy, but I stuck with the OEM puck like Pauly suggested. The first birdshot round stove-piped, just like the Tac-47 video. I adjusted it and it tried to eject, but not quite (that itself was a big improvement). Another twist and my Saiga ran like the "raped ape" that folks around here talk about. Every cheap brand worked just fine and since I am just a beginner at skeet shooting, it's nice to be able to get off 5 or 6 rounds when that little bugger is going right to left!
I don't know if the Autoplug solved my problems or Pauly, but I am very pleased with both. I just cleaned my bolt and carrier with an old t-shirt. Powder just wipes off and it is shiny new. My only complaint is that my gun no longer has the distinctive Kalashnikov racking sound, it goes "zip zip". I can live with that, and the loading on a closed bolt part...
Thanks again!
