Matthew Hopkins 1,065
loaded up 18 rounds of 00 buck in my MD 20 drum, it fires, but the empty shell casing doesn't ejected out, it just comes out of th chamber but doesn't get kicked out, it's not even "stove piping", it lays on top the lives rounds. and before anybody says get this gas adjustmet/plug gizmo, that is not what is causing the thing not to eject. the same exact ammo ejects out of the factory mag with zero problems. so what could it be that is causing that? might it be that the spring is too tight, causing the empty shell to get caught on the live shells? poolingmyignorance 2,191
Is it really lobbing them out with the factory mag, or just getting them out? If it's pitching them proper, it's probably the drum. How many winds on your drum? I think 3 is factory recommend.. I know youv'e been here long enough to know the basic trouble shooting. Sounds like your on the right track.
