Anyone know who makes this Gas Block/ Front sight??

cant find the manufacturer, supposedly it fits saiga 308 as well

First thing that comes to mind is the Ace brand clamp-on front sight.

 

Some of the more excperienced conversion members may clarify for you but check the ACE website for now.

Yep, ACE. It clamps onto your existing gas block. The newer ones seem to be made slightly different. They look pretty odd on an AK, to me anyway. Just too blocky for my taste. The lines don't "flow".
