Then move on to the dumbtards who lobby for these laws and enact these laws. This doesn't just happen in a vacuum. And if you want a scary, viscious dog to greet intruders, get a heeler (blue or red). They're great watchdogs and very protective. Stupid people as in the macho types who's sole purpose in acquiring their dog was to enhance the perceived length of their penis, All the way to the stupid people who try to "solve" the original stupid people problem by taking the easy way out and exterminating the only totally innocent one involved. If the root of the problem the is the military, macho, unavailable, tough guy soldier as the story states then it's time to get some very tough restrictions on NEW adoptions of certain breeds by military families, or for that matter... anyone else who can't prove three years residency and stable employment.
