evlblkwpnz 3,418
I have punches. I just need to get bits and some small files from the Lowes nearby. The 1/16" Kobalt bits that I use have the built in 1/4" hex shaft. They never spin, so, again, go slow.
DeerSlayer7600 20
Just finished putting the gun back together after filing the gas block and enlarging the two existing ports. I am surprised that everything came apart so easily and went back together like a breeze. Can't wait to test it out.
DeerSlayer7600 20
IT LIVES!!!!!!!!!!! (insert evil laugh here) Just tested some federal bulk pack stuff and one round of 3" 000 Buck and no fte at all. First shot kinda just flopped out but the rest kicked out several feet away. I think the performance puck from CSS helped too. For now I'll just leave it with 2 3/32" ports and actually get it broken in. I am ecstatic!

DeerSlayer7600 20
This gun still runs great with just the two .093 gas ports. No major trouble with any debris in them, just the normal plastic from the shot wads inside the gas block after running a bunch of rounds through it.
