I know everyone recommends the Burris Fastfire as the best choice for such, but has anyone had experience with the Sightmark brand sights, specifically the Sightmark Mini Shot Reflex Sight. GT Distributors here in Austin, TX sells them, and GT's is really good about carrying quality equipment as most of their customers tend to be LE or Military. termpred 3 Posted December 31, 2011 Report Share Posted December 31, 2011 I have one and light it just fine. The only thing I don't like about it is there's no on/off switch. It's detected by a sensor. That being said, if it's dark it doesn't turn on. That doesn't make it much good for HD (home defense) I thought, so I put a red dot on that had an on/off switch.
