I read in another news report that the same clown she shot had been stalking her a couple years ago, and then 6 months ago. Mmmmm... Premeditated entry. Does Oklahoma have the same law that Florida does about if *anyone* dies during the commission of the crime, the criminals get a murder charge, too?

The Police deemed it a legal shooting.

 

She remained cool as a cucumber on the phone with the dispatcher. Good on her!
