wnycollector 4
I ordered four spam cans from SOG between Xmas and new years when it was $114/can. With shipping it worked out to $0.12/round.
joshman 4
Nice, I may have to pick some up soon. How much is shipping on a spam can?
NM0 586
Nice, I may have to pick some up soon. How much is shipping on a spam can? Shipping depends on where you're at. Most websites I purchase from have a shipping estimator (enter zip code) or flat rate.
finishman2000 2
yeah, no way will i place an order without knowing what the total is.
presto_z 125
yeah, not ordering till i get a shipping total.. anyone have a contact phone number for them?
JohnNicholasM 7
The phone numer is on the website. They do say on the website under the terms & conditions tab that shipping & Handling is added after the final order processing is made and all shipping is via UPS ground. In otherwords, if you order over the web, then you have to complete the order before the S & H is revealed to you. Not me. I think a phone inquiry might be needed here. I am sure the charges are reasonable, but I hate doing anything "sight unseen". J.
NM0 586
Calling them would be the way to go. Some sites want you to create an account before revealing shipping charges, etc.
Redman92 4
gundeals.com will give you shipping charges. http://gun-deals.com/ammo.php?caliber=5.45x39
turbo2001rt 0
I emailed them today and asked about picking up the ammo. I live about an hour and a half away so not a big deal for me. They said shipping would be $20 so $140 or so for a can shipped or I can pick up during business hours and sign a ammo waiver form.

Pick up your own ammo... what a concept. i would kill to be close to one of those big ammo distributors. No luck for us though in the New England area.
Redman92 4
It's not all that bad. In my case shipping is about the same as the money I save on sales tax that you pay at the store.
anthony1 5
Yeah tax is another issue, i live 20 mins from AIM and about an hour from SOG but since l pay tax on instate purchase its SOMETIMES cheaper to order out of state even with shipping, just depends on the deal.
