liberty -r- death 1,445
Would the saiga 410 work for 3 gun or are the knock downs too heavy for the 410 to knock down? I used to shoot cowboy action, shoot an old exposed hammer antique double barrel with full length barrels. I used feather light loads to help protect the gun from over pressure loads since it was an antique. I never had any issues knocking down plates with them. Have never tried .410 on the knock downs so I though I'd ask before trying it and getting an epic fail if they are too light.
Scott Kenny 144
Most of the targets I've seen are intended for birdshot smacks, but I think a .410 is just too light. Especially for any spinners.
Doug Hartley 526
Minimum bore at any 3 gun match I have ever been to (and I have shot quite a few including most of the big ones out west) is 20 ga. Doug

farmrboy 0
Rules don't allow anything smaller than 20ga
