MrOneEyedBoh 14
I havent seen this posted much other than saying it HAS to be done. On guntrust lawyer they state that the Form 1 must be printed on ONE piece of paper, front and back. It cannot be on two pieces of paper. Is this true, or not. Shandlanos 1,470
If you ever want ATF forms, you can order them online for free. They pay a fulfillment center to ship them out. I ordered a few Form 1s and a C&R application a while back.
MCASgt New River 10,036
If there are two pages to any ATF form according to the "Paperwork Reduction Act" they must be on one sheet, front & Back.
