Cucamonga 0
For those of you that are using Mag loaders to assist in loading your magazines what are good and what ones are worthless? Any comments on the Cammenga Easy Loader?
lewie212 37
I could probably load a mag as fast as it would take me to load up and use the loader.
Matthew Hopkins 1,065
I love the NcSTAR loader for rounds on stripper clips, it's patterned after a BETA MAG loader. I can load 30 rounds in under 7 seconds with no problem, which means I don't have to take a bunch of mags with me to the range, just a couple, and I'm not using more time loading then firing. the other great thing about keeping 7.62 ammo on clips, is that I can put a whole lot of ammo in a SAW ammo can, neatly, and it makes for a small footprint. 1310 rounds: Edited February 16, 2012 by Matthew Hopkins
cvasqu03 21
The LULA loader is the best. Some others work OK too, but LULA is the best.

I do not understand the need for mag loaders, particularly for 7.62x39. They load so easy into the mags.
DrThunder88 912
The MagLULA works very well with loose rounds. It saves some thumb exertion.
Strawdawg 1
If you have several magazines and want to put 30 rds in each, then your thumb and your watch will show the benefit.

Agreed. For one or two mags maybe not but back in December before I had my Lula it took quite awhile to get about 14 magazines loaded.
tatonic 159
IMO, the Cammenga is crap. I am sorry I ever bought one. They take just as long to load as a mag, and would not work on the tapco mags. I like the lula for ar's and pistol mags, if I had known they made a model for the ak I would have naver bought the Cammenga.
jcx39 28
Do NOT! waste your money or time with the Cammenga mag loader. It is worthless. I made the mistake of making an uninformed purchase of one and regret it now. It was more hassle trying to use the loader rather than just loading the magazine by hand.
