Hi

I just finished up yesterday. I ended up reusing the revits. When I drilled them out, I was careful enough to have the revits still long enough the reach through flush to the other side. I then drilled a small hole in the end of the revit. I then took a nail and sized the shaft to be a press fit in the revit hole. Some loctite and a few taps with a hammer and I was done.

If you just want to fill the holes left by removing the Saiga trigger, 1/8 inch X 1/8 inch pop rivets with thin backup washers on the inside will fill the holes. The pop rivets will not stay in the holes without the washers. I think flat washers for 4-40 size screws is what I used. If you want to make sure you have correct size, take a pop rivet to the hardware store with you.

I'd like to see some pics please. I used button heads with nuts at first but then began to wonder if the reciever needed the structural support that I took away so I went to Ace hardware and found some threaded posts.
