Navis 0
So I managed to get it off ok, but putting it back on I chewed up the threads. I tried to get my md arms plug back in, but the block started pulling off threads. What are my options at this point? I Haven't found any replacement blocks anywhere. Is it possible it have the threads chased, or would a machine shop be able to mill me a new block? This is the girlfriends gun and she is going to be highly pissed if I can't fix it. Any ideas you guys have would help. Thanks
garandman 11
I don't know of any source for parts. I usually do my own gun wrenching, but I think I'd send that one to a 'smith.
haugpatr 972
I would ask(beg) Tom Cole at Cadiz Gun Works and ask him if he has one.
Navis 0
The irony of that is both my saigas are going there, but not until November because of the backlog. I should have left well enough alone, but she wanted to shoot it this summer. My local guy is trying to chase the threads right now. If not I'll be begging Tom or at least his wife for another block.
