(great price) Yup you get both the bottom tri-rail and the top rail attachment no matter if its the titan or the extended it comes with both pieces to equal a quad but you have to knock out the rear sight (a pain to do) I just did that with a hammer and a small flat screw driver just now took about 10 mins others have to use more advanced tools.
