Brian is not one to ignore people, from my experience anyway. He has always gone above and beyond to help me out and answer any of my questions.

Maybe try giving him a call?

I know sometimes my emails get automatically sent directly to spam, which might be whats happening to you. Good luck.

Dinzag does not always get back with you right away, but I have never had a problem with them. He has other obligations through the work week and usually gets to dinzag business on weekends. Give him a little bit then try again.

I have done alot of business with Brian and also many emails picking his brain. I have never had one go unanswered. I would also suggest giving him a couple of days and then send another. Brian is a very dependable vendor here.
