poolingmyignorance 2,191
I haven't. But I know for $2,400 I could build two way nicer, faster firing, higher capacity Siaga 12's.
mgconnor13 206
Cool looking but over priced. Would be a good prop in a movie.....

SRM_Arms 3
Hey guys, I'm Jason from SRM, the creator of the 1216. I picked up on this thread via Google. @Rustytruck, at first glance I can understand that reaction to the cost. Once you learn more about the weapon, you will see why. There's no other shotgun like it. There isn't another shotgun that allows you to switch the safety, charging handle, ejection port, bolt release from right to left. This is a true ambidextrous gun that you can custom to how you want it. If you're law enforcement, this is a dream gun. The 1216 breaks open like an AR, and allows you to easily switch out the lethal bolt to a less-than-lethal bolt, making it one mean beanbag launcher. You won't find another semi-auto shotgun that allows you to do that. It's been tested and praised by many law enforcement agencies, including the NYPD. @OP, the rotating mag, is VERY simple to rotate and extremely fast. Leroy Thompson, wrote a piece in Gun World that said, "the combat shotgun is always fast and deadly, but the SRM 1216 is even faster and deadlier!" We have videos on our site that demonstrate just how fast and easy you can rotate it. Thanks for the feedback guys, and I'm around to answer any other questions you have about the 1216. The_Caged_Bird 474
It's a nice weapon. Run 20 shells through it on video from the hip in 4 seconds or less and we'll talk...
termite 463
That reminds me of the .45/.410 Leinad pistol that I have.
Fallschirmjager667 729
It's a nice weapon. Run 20 shells through it on video from the hip in 4 seconds or less and we'll talk... with 100 rounds on your belt in mags and do at least one reload as fast as an R&R s12 That reminds me of the .45/.410 Leinad pistol that I have. it wouldn't happen to be one of the pepper boxes? i just saw one of those and they are so damn cool, but it will have to wait, tax stamps come first
dubya 198
I just discovered this shotgun and think it's a really cool idea. Problem is, like 95% of potential civilian customers, I have plenty of other more useful guns to spend $2400 on than another shotgun.... $1500 and I'd possibly grab one.
