Last time I checked, the Mosin was a BOLT ACTION rifle, and the Krink appears to be a pistol. The rod connecting the triggers is still, one pull per shot. So where does the machine gun part come into play? Look close at the Krink, is there a notch between the safe and fire notches? Don't think so.
the machinegun part is the connector between the triggers, you pull one trigger and it fires 2 shots, so that is more than one shot per trigger pull

Please further educate me because by that logic, my side-by-side has double triggers and when I pull them both, two shots are also fired.

and you pulled 2 triggers, therefore not a machinegun, but if you pull one trigger and fire more than one shot, it's a machinegun

but your pulling 2 triggers for 2 shots. if it fired both barrels from one trigger pull, it would be illegal. its pretty simple really.

Is this good enough for you? ;-)That POS does not have a single rail! It needs 6 rails, a bi-pod, a laser, a flashlight, an IR illuminator and a damned bottle opener!
