It was handy being able to use AK styled mags, and the SKS safety was easier for me to use (left handed). I had wanted to mount a muzzle brake and a different stock to it (drag style?), but wasn't sure if that would violate 922. Plus with a regular SKS stock, I would have had to modify it to allow regular mags to be inserted, I'm thinking. A buddy of mine has it now, and I think it's done up in a similar fashion to what I describe, with the stock. Not sure on the muzzle brake though. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
