reeses 0
The sling rings on my Saiga are too narrow. Am looking for wider sling rings. Or looking for a decent sling that will fit the current rings.
poolingmyignorance 2,191
They make quick connects that attach to most common sling mounts. You can just buy two of them and attach your favorite sling to your S12.
TheDarkHorse 216
I use Chinese slings with leather tabs. They fit the smaller Saiga loops perfectly.
soren57 1
TheDarkHorse has nailed it. I use the chinese leather tab slings on my saiga and a UTG single point sling on my bushmaster
Brian M1 50
I took the narrow loops off. Installed machine screw swivel stud up front (fits into original loop screw hole, and wood screw swivel stud for rear (can use one of the rear loop mount holes. Then I put some REAL swivels on it (not those junky wire loops that come stock). You can then mount any standard 1 or 1.25" sling (depends which swivel size you get) on it. Unkle Mike's locking swivels work, but Outdoor Connection (or also GroveTec) solid machined 1 piece swivels are the best out there. You should be able to source these swivel (and stud) sets for about $10. Rock solid.
