If you look at the video you can see the piles of forms in the halls of the ATF. Apparently they are still pushing forward on removing the CLEO signoff and moving towards electronic filing of transfers that don't require fingerprints. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Matthew Hopkins 1,065 Posted July 11, 2012 Report Share Posted July 11, 2012 (edited) this whole, "no CLEO" sign off is a pipe dream, that has been going around the gun boards for sometime now, getting people's hopes up. believe if when you see a public announcement on the ATF website that CLEO signatures are not required. until then, just put this in the trash bin where the, SIAGAs are not going to be imported, was thrown in.
