bulldog_shotgun 47 Posted September 2, 2012 Report Share Posted September 2, 2012 if you decide to buy a new one, or even if you find a used one. i recommend the one from Manson Reamers. you could also use a Lee case cutter, carriage bolt or some other method if you are only going to do one rifle. i don't think your to close to me, but i would do it for nothing if you were. one thing to check. a lot of mosins do not have the straight barrels. often when you cut them you find the bore is not concentric with the barrel.
