tnmarktx 14
See them listed at several places, but none seem to be in stock.
thebuns1 4,323
seems most everyone is sold out at the moment. not just with these, but most other models as well. the new shipment should be in soon. (hopefully)
red308 54
I was just down at sportsmans warehouse and they have a 308 in 16" and 223 in 16" not that this helps you it was just surprising.

gregomega 929
Kvar Corp has te M series saiga in .223. Way better value IMO. Thicker 20" barrel. No linkage holes. Good luck http://www.k-var.com/shop/IZ-238.html http://www.k-var.com/shop/IZ-238.html
thebuns1 4,323
i think they have the x39 model too in the m series. my next project will be one of the m series.
tnmarktx 14
Not a fan of the wood but that can be changed. May look into the M series. The trigger looks to have a weird shape to it.
gregomega 929
Not a fan of the wood but that can be changed. May look into the M series. The trigger looks to have a weird shape to it. you could always sell it to recoup costs. Personally I'd keep the hanguard. Hard to find. The trigger is the way it is because there aren't linkage holes which is a huge plus. Most have to have them welded and refinished during conersion. On the m series, they are non existent. If there were 3 more inches of barrel, I would get one for my rpk project since noone wants to import the real thing.
tnmarktx 14
Good info. I'm sure a .308 aftermarket handguard might work. May have to look into getting one of these.

Another thing is that many barrel components from other variants might not be compatible due to the heavier barrel on the M Series. Still a cool rifle though.
