Whether you're in business large or small inevitably things will go wrong, failures will occur, it's a fact. What sets those who get it apart from those who don't is how things are handled when there's a problem.

 

Do you avoid communicating, ignore the problem, claim that you're "covered up", blame it on the economy? Or do you take responsibility and make it right?

 

Ordered a folder from Bonesteel and there was a glitch delaying delivery. Chris gets it.

 

Folder received today and is installed and I'm loving it.
