I took it out to see if it fit the Vepr 12 without issue and there is a nub on it that would need to be ground to fit the Vepr 12. Mullet Man 2,114 Posted November 10, 2012 Report Share Posted November 10, 2012 Nope, even the one listed on CSS' site for regular AK's and Vepr's (which is the one you would want so the scratch ends up in the same spot) has that nub that will need to be filed just a little bit. It's and easy remedy. The scratch lined up perfectly. I just installed one on mine last night. The bolt catch notch slides right up over the handle when the bolt carrier is in the locked open position. Works good and i like it alot. Safety on, bolt locked back, no tension on the safety lever from carrier, drop the safety, push in bolt release and you're locked and loaded. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Yessir, thats all. Slight bending to get desired tension but thats it. File a little bit and test fit until its where it needs to be. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
