JesusCow 1
i'm a new member and i'm working on a pistol grip conversion, what is the best way to cut the hole in the reciver for the p.g. nut and screw? thanks -thomas i have no experience doing this myself, but i think a dremel would work well. also, check out this guide by another forum member named Sheik Yerbouti (if you havent already): http://harringt.home.mindspring.com/Pages/kalashnikovs.htm good luck
Bigfoot Wallace 0
I used a dremel with a very small diameter cutting wheel. I cut the hole small then widened it with a file.
sk8er7point3 0
i got the hole cut out, i used a drill press and then used a file to clean the edges. has anyone tried the ak-74 muzzle brake from joeken.net? -thomas
NedPepper 0
Which brake is that? I was going to buy the press-on adapter and brake from RPB but I'm afraid I don't have the equipment to get it pressed on proper. I'm kinda getting real attached to my Saiga compared to my others...thinking about sending it to Chris for a complete make-over. You only live once!
