It is in like new condition, I had it on a Saiga 223 for about a month. I ended up selling the rifle and bought a Vepr, and the AK-SS is just barely too small to fit the Vepr's barrel and I'd rather sell it than grind it to fit. It is the standard length version, not the extended length one. I'd share pictures here, but it looks exactly like the one pictured on the Midwest Industries site. Don't listen to what some people say about it needing a handguard retainer, I used it on my Saiga 223 without one and it never budged once, just torque down those allen screws and it'll be rock-solid.
