Monster Claw large question

How much blow back does the monster claw large produce? If I was to shorten my barrel and permently attach the monster claw large (13 inch barrel ish) would it have too much blowback that it would render the gun unuseable? Will this brake limit using different types of ammo (shot vs. slugs)? Has anyone done this, pics? Any info, advise would be great. Thanks

Blow back is no big deal. It does blow the wife's hair back if she stands beside it. I had mine cut back so that with the Monster the whole thing is just over 18.5". I also have the TAC47 autoplug and Pauly's bolt magic so it will shoot down to 7.5 shot reliably. I checked to make sure all exhaust holes were open and available but did nothing else. The shotty is stone cold reliable.

Thanks for the feedback. Your shotgun looks awesome. Was there a noticable difference in recoil?

Big time -- the Monster works amazingly well. You will not be dissapointed. Also the comments are great, my last received was, "Damn, that thing just looks mean."

Is there a noticeable difference between the mini monster claw and the full-size claw? I like the looks of the smaller one a tad more.
