El Cabron 91 Posted November 29, 2012 Report Share Posted November 29, 2012 They overrode his veto (with the added portions of the original bill), which in effect cancels the additions and retains the original bill. Senate Bill 681 allows FOID card holders to mail-order ammunition purchases from in-state licensed firearm dealers. Ammunition purchases from out-of-state dealers are already allowed under the law.
