Picked up 10 of the 20 round csspec mags this week, and havent got the rifle yet(still processing at kvar).

These mags will fit with no bullet guide or anything correct?

Also wanted to mention the quality on these are superb, and shipping was extremely fast.

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. ― Marcus Tullius Cicero

The 308 caliber AK rifles do no need bullet guides, all the other AK rifles that come into the country unconverted will need a bullets guide to accept surplus mags, csspecs mags are not surplus.

Fit yes.. But you'll want to get your 922r parts count corrected (no one enforces that law currently, but it would suck to be the first)

Csspecs, could you expand on that? How many additional parts need to be replaced for 922r compliance? And what are the most commonly replaced? Sorry if that is asked a lot, I'm a noob to the platform and I can't seem to find any solid answers.
I wish I had seen this before K-var was sold out. Does anywhere else have the 401 in stock? I've seen them at Centerfire, but I would rather not get one with unfinished furniture. Not sure if this is heresy, but I really like the thumbhole stock and would want to keep it.

CDR, you need 3 parts because they count the magazine as 3 parts.

Just change out the FCG.  I would recommend for stupid-easy swap-out, ye old faithful Tapco G2 trigger.  Single or double hook G2 makes no difference.

My rifle came with a G2 in it to make the rifle good to go in regards to 922r.  And that was the only thing they did to the rifle, swap out the trigger group.
