Spetnaz Soldier 47
Hey guys so i noticed when i changed my muzzle brake from a 74' style brake to the traditional slant brake the weapon shot a bit higher than it did with the heavier 74' style brake. Does this make sense?
theorangeplanet 968
Makes sense... pretty much anything attached or even just applying slight pressure to the barrel can change your point of impact dramatically. Good example is the MI railed handguard on my 762. It moved the POI at 100 yards up some ten inches after installation. That's on the extreme end of the spectrum... but you can usually expect a good couple of inches in any direction when changing or removing muzzle devices.
