TxAgSaiga1979 16
Howdy all! I have a saiga 308 that i just converted (16.5" barrel), and am considering buying a 22" barrel as well. For the long barrel i definitely want a muzzle brake, and considering it for the short barrel. Question is... should i move the fsb and thread the muzzle, or buy an aftermarket fsb and install that? I have an arsenal -74, and i do like the bayonet lugged fsb that they put on. Any idea where i can purchase / who makes that fsb? Thanks!
onehappycampster 25
Take a look at Dinzag Arms. Great source for parts. Its where I got my fsb. There are several AR inspired muzzle devices for the AK74 fsb now. Its the AK lovers dream lately.
semper299 284
Along with dinzag, cnc warrior also has some good options.
poolingmyignorance 2,191
I recommend threading the barrel. If you move the FSB back, you'll need to repin. Really its just a matter of personal preference. Though switchin to the FSB/GB combo is less work.
