It is made out of sometype of ABS or something like that, the hardware and pivot is metal. Can be oriented into multiple positions, because of the locking pivot, if you want to "tuck it" horizontal below the rail when not in use. $20 includes shipping pm me if you want it paypal ok Link to post Share on other sites
