I will consider shipping as long as: 1.) I don't incur any expenses for shipping or transfer. Buyer makes arrangements and payment for shipping. 2.) I receive PayPal payment upfront for my cost via gift option to avoid PayPal fees. 3.) And these are legal for you to own in your state.
