I hope they're just plain skeerd........maybe the rest of the of the cops around the country won't be so quick to fuck with people......I know......I'm musing again.

macbeau 902
Somehow, I don't see the Obama administration putting this guy out as an example of diversity. sean8642 77
So will they make this into a movie, or just redo the Bourne series with a big black guy? The Dorner Identity staring LL Cool J. Edited February 9, 2013 by sean8642
Squishy 1,149
So will they make this into a movie, or just redo the Bourne series with a big black guy? The Dorner Identity staring LL Cool J. Amazing, I had this same thought and the first actor I thought of was LL...Forest Whitaker is too old I guess. I think it all depends on how it plays out but if either he isn't found or dies in a hail of bullets they'll do a movie.
acidnova 9
Lol +1 on LL cool j. That was the first thing I thought when I saw his picture.

Ruffian72 548
Problem is tax payers, not officers will pay. If badges confiscated and charges brought, it would have been reported. these officers are still out there. This mentality comes from the top. Indoctrinated response. A rouge cop, obviously not. Actions and lack of punishment, show it's a department attitude. From Federal to local level this 3rd world mentality is enforced by a system that protects these actions, doesn't punish those individual agents/officers that inflict this violence on citizens.
U.S. Pratorean 1,234
Hmmm. Lon Horiuchi. Another dangerous f*cker with a badge.
Squishy 1,149
Yeah, the more time passes the more this criminal will be made a hero to some; http://www.scpr.org/blogs/news/2013/02/08/12476/lapd-manhunt-some-cheer-on-fugitive-christopher-do/ And yes, it's bad that any monetary award for damages will ultimately come from the tax payers but sometimes for there to be change, pain must be felt. These guys won't clean up their act on their own. If something like this happened with my local PD I'd be raising holy hell and encouraging others to do the same.
Lone Eagle 839
If that happened here, the cops would be in county lockup for Bubba's pleasure. We had one a couple of years ago where a city cop was busted with child porn on his issued laptop. He was begging the judge not to put him in gen pop. Being a cop and a pedo in lockup is a double whammy.

Remek 771
So, did he lie about an officer kicking a suspect? How'd they decide that he did, in fact, lie? These guys are making me nervous.

These guys are making me nervous. Dude...listen closely...........LAPD is a bunch of fucken thugs, they are ALWAYS in cover mode. In all likelyhood he told the truth, which doesn't fit the LAPD model, he's a dead man. I am not condoning his actions....before one of you go off on that shit.
Remek 771
^^^^ thats been my current take. I was simply asked in case someone actually had evidence he lied. I think this guy was already on edge, but a good guy, and when he got f'd by his own kind, he simply went off the deep end. Add to that the amazingly bad and dangerous behavior of the police there, and it seems to just indicate that the police depts in this case are out of control and need a good ass kickin.
rs51085 136
Maybe it is there plan to make local police seem incompete, so they can declare Marshall law. It would be a good test run for some gun grabbing.

gunman1 1,753
Opening a new investigation into why he was "REALLY" dismissed from the department. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2013/02/10/searchers-struggle-to-pick-up-trail-former-los-angeles-cop-wanted-in-killing/ This doesn't mean anything, as LAPD always comes up with the same answers. XD45 7,124
http://news.yahoo.com/women-shot-calif-manhunt-truck-042312486.html A mother and daughter newspaper delivery team who were mistakenly shot by Los Angeles police hunting for a fugitive former cop will get a new pickup truck courtesy of the department. LAPD Cmdr. Andrew Smith says the department's Chief Charlie Beck met with the women in their Torrance home Saturday to apologize and tell them he had arranged for someone to donate a new pickup truck. The truck will be donated early this week, Smith said. The women were accidentally struck by gunfire in the pre-dawn hours Thursday after it was reported that Christopher Dorner was sighted in the area. Beck called it a case of mistaken identity. Throw in a free breakfast at Dennys and we're good. Are you seriously fucking kidding me? Accidentally struck by gunfire? And a replacement truck mysteriously "donated" will fix everything? My entire brain wants to explode.

Remek 771
I hope these women are smart enough to see a lawyer anyway. This behavior is absolutely unforgiveable, and appalling!
sobrenegade 795
To paraphrase the great Lenny Bruce, you are absofuckinglutely positive, Dorner killed those people. It wouldn't be the first coverup for our illustrious government. If I was picked as the whipping boy for my former employer, damn right I'd disappear. Doesn't make sense to take the time to create all this mayhem when most of Kalifornia's nervous are looking for you. Ask Randy Weaver. The reference to Lon Horiuchi is spot on. I truly hope they don't mistakenly target LL.

XD45 7,124
Thanks for the drive-by. Details maybe? Link? http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-torrance-shooting-20130209,0,4414028.story The LAPD Pieceofshit Chief Charlie Beck is making excuses for his trigger-happy children. They not only shot up the pickup but the whole neighborhood. Houses, cars, trees. Bullet holes everywhere. Oh, but the LAPD "estimates" that 20-30 rounds were fired. After the investigation is completed, Beck and an oversight board will decide if officers were justified in the shooting or made mistakes that warrant either punishment or training. They actually have to decide if officers were justified in shooting up the neighborhood. Cause there might be some way they can claim the women were asking for it. So after the whitewash is complete the officers will receive some "training". Case closed. Edited February 10, 2013 by Darth Saigus
