Even if your out of state. I wrote how it will prevent me from using services in CO for metal processing.. If your in a nearby state or have a reason to drive through in the next 20 years DEMAND allowance be made for passing through on the highways. If this law can get kicked back for rewriting it will buy time for a proper defense. And the Govener has shown that he is less then commited to it.
