wildonewest 1 Posted July 30, 2013 Report Share Posted July 30, 2013 Back in 1994 when Saiga's first came out I purchased a 410 with the option to purchase a scope/mount for the side rail which I did. When the 410 arrived it came with 2 scope/mounts. If I remember correctly it was a fixed 3.5 power with a reticle similar to the Mosin Nagant PU sniper scope. I think the rings and scope tube were one piece and mounted directly to the scope mount. The tube was about 6 inches long, straight and had your basic turrets, nothing fancy but functional. I sold the Saiga a few years later along with one of the scope/mount and kept the other one till 2002 when I sold it at a gun show. I have 4 AK's and non of them have side rails until now. I just ordered a CAI Zastava O-PAP that has a side rail and I think that the scope/mount that came with the Saiga 410 would be a perfect setup, at least I think so. does anybody know what scope I'm talking about?
