SGL12 922r compliant

Does anyone have an update on how/if K-Var is handling the claim that the SGL-12 has a 922r compliant trigger guard?

 

Specificaly;

When I called I was told all the parts were Russian on the 12-07 I should have it next week. I can confirm when I pick it up.

The trigger guard is not a 922r counted part.
