I took custody of an S-12 (NIB), that had a conversion already done.  The BHO mechanism was removed in the conversion, but I think I'd like to put it back on.  Anyone have the complete kit for sale?

FR? BHO?

First round bolt hold open? That's easy. Remove your dust cover and cut about 3/4" off your barrel hood!

I guess it should just be the BHO.  I got the FR letters from another post, and wasn't sure what it meant.  I need the spring and metal plate that fits in the channel on the trigger floor (and whatever else is needed for the upgrade).  I will assume I need to grind off a little of the hammer tube (if that's what it's called) to allow room for the BHO plate under the spring.  I'm going to guess that the BHO was left out of the conversion because of the wide part of the hammer, assuming he didn't want to grind it.  Sorry I don't know the correct names and descriptions of parts yet... still learning.

Okay I'll quit being a smart ass now.

I made the joke because there is a LRBHO (last round bolt hold open). Hence the irony of a first round.

Yes you would need to remove aprox  0.050" from the right (side that the safety sits on) side of the "hammer tube". An after market BHO can be found from various vendors on this forum.

OCL:  I've searched and can't find the BHO available at any of the stores I mentioned earlier.  CSS is your best bet but they temporarily closed their store until April 27th.  Hopefully someone can come through with a used kit.
